Cancellation Policy
GrittyTech does not offer cancellations once a service, program, or subscription has been purchased. All sales are considered finalized at the point of transaction processing.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are strictly applicable only for our training programs. To qualify, a formal refund request must be submitted within 7 days from your initial date of purchase, accompanied by a clear and valid reason for evaluation.
Post 7-Day Window
After the initial 7-day period, refund requests undergo a strict internal review. Approved exceptional returns process in 10-21 business days. In most cases, we optimize your experience by assigning an alternative tutor or addressing specific quality concerns.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not applicable to any requests submitted past the standard 7-day window. Furthermore, all digital assets, downloadable products, or services outside of core training programs are completely non-refundable.
